  • Armenia: Unclear
  • Azerbaijn: Unclear.
  • Bahrain: Unclear
  • Bangladesh: Unclear.
  • Bhutan: Unclear
  • Brunei: Vaping is banned.
  • Cambodia: Vaping is banned.
  • China: Astonishingly, given the fact that China is the main producer of eliquid and ecigarettes, eliquid is illegal, although this may change. ECigarettePolitics states ecigs are legal, but that there may be regional issues. Sale and possession of ecigarettes containing nicotine is also illegal in Hong Kong, with a possible fine of up to HK$100,000 and/or a prison sentence of 2 years.
  • Cyprus: Vaping is legal.
  • Georgia: Unclear.
  • India: Vaping is legal.
  • Indonesia: Officially banned, but the authorities don’t have a problem with personal use, and allow small quantities to be imported for your and your friends use.
  • Iran: Unclear, vaping is possibly banned.
  • Iraq: Unclear.
  • Israel: Unclear, vaping is possibly banned. 
  • Japan: Sales of nicotine refills are banned. Stock up! 
  • Jordan: Vaping is banned.
  • Kazakhstan: Unclear.
  • Kuwait: Unclear.
  • Kyrgyzstan: Unclear.
  • Laos: Unclear.
  • Lebanon: Vaping is banned.
  • Malysia: Sources conflict whether there is a ban however some vapeshops appear to be operating in Malysia.
  • Maldives: Unclear.
  • Mangolia: Unclear.
  • Myanmar (Burma): Vaping is legal.
  • Nepal: Vaping is legal.
  • North Kores: Unclear.
  • Oman: Vaping is banned.
  • Pakistan: Vaping is legal.
  • Palestine: Unclear.
  • Philippines: Vaping is legal.
  • Qatar: Reports say a total ban is in place.
  • Russia: Vaping is legal.
  • Saudi Arabia: Vaping is banned.
  • Singapore: Vaping is banned.
  • South Korea: Vaping is allowed although it's heavily taxed.
  • Sri Lanka: Unclear.
  • Syria: Unclear.
  • Taiwan: Technically ecigs are not banned but they're not widely accepted. Importers/manufacturers face fines and imprisonment.
  • Tajikistan: Vaping is legal.
  • Thailand: Vaping is banned.
  • Timore - Leste: Unclear.
  • Turkey: Vaping is banned.
  • Turkmenistan: Unclear.
  • United Arab Emirates: Vaping is banned.
  • Uzbekistan: Unclear.
  • Vietnam: Vaping is legal however ecigs are still relatively unknown so there may be a lack of stores selling equipment and reffils.
