When buying online you have 7 working days from the day you receive the goods to cancel and return the order to us as stated by the distance selling regulation. You then have another 30 days to return the purchased goods to us in case they are faulty.
If you buy in store you can return faulty goods within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The goods have to be returned in good conditions. All unused items can be returned for refund or credit where applicable. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on e-liquids once the cap has been open or the seal broken and we cannot exchange or give refunds on atomisers or tanks unless faulty. Any postage costs have to be sustained by you. Alternatively you can return the products in store.
Any items found to be faulty have to be returned to us for testing and replacement where required.
Ordering from outside United Kingdom: please check the current regulation on e cigarettes and e liquids in your Country before ordering our products. We will not be held responsible and will not issue refunds for items hold at a foreign Custom due to breach of local regulation.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
